Directions to the Martinsburg Toastmasters Club Meetings
**please note that we do not have meetings on any federal holidays.
The 2nd Monday of each month:
James Rumsey Technical Institute (JRTI)
6:30 - 8:00 pm
From
Interstate 81 take Exit 16 West onto Route 9. From northern
Martinsburg, follow Route 9 up North Queen Street to the I-81
interchange.
From the interchange of I-81 and Rt 9, go
approximately 3.1 miles. The James Rumsey Technical Institute is on
your right (3274 Hedgesville Road, Martinsburg). Parking is available
in the front and to the right, with more available to the left. Go in
the front door and look for the signs directing you to our Toastmasters
meeting!
The 4th Monday of each month:
Potomac Room, Shepherdstown Clarion
6:30 - 8:00 pm
From Martinsburg, take Rt 45 east to Shepherdstown. As you approach Shepherdstown, there is a
7-11 (on right) & then a traffic light (you'll see Dollar General,
Subway). Take a right at traffic light onto Alt Rt 45 (you'll pass Potomac Farms Nursery & Mulch Farm) Go to next traffic light.Take a left at that traffic light onto Rt 480 [north] and go 4/10-1/2 mile (if you go past the football field on the right, you went too far).
Turn left onto Lowe Drive, there will be a Clarion sign. Follow Lowe to Clarion Hotel and park. Go to the hotel lobby. If you look up and to the left, you'll see the Potomac Room. There is an elevator behind the stairwell. Take it to the second floor and follow the Toastmaster signs.
